the short version: you sign up, you show up, you're responsible for your own body. here's the slightly longer version.
01 — what AFTER is
AFTER is a community running + party event in Bucharest. signing up through the site reserves your free spot at the event listed on the form. it's not a race, there's no timing, no prizes — just the run and what comes after.
02 — your spot
entry is free but the signup form is your ticket — we use the list at check-in. spots can be limited by the venue's capacity; if that happens, the list works first-come, first-served.
03 — you run at your own risk
the run happens in public space, on public paths. you participate at your own risk and you're responsible for knowing your own physical limits. if you have a medical condition that makes running risky, talk to a doctor first. AFTER's organizers can't be held liable for injuries that aren't caused by our own negligence.
04 — be 18+
events involve a party at a venue that serves alcohol, so you need to be 18 or older to sign up. we may check ID at the door.
05 — house rules
the rules page on this site is part of these terms. short version: no illegal substances, respect the venue, respect each other. we can refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if they put the event or other people at risk.
06 — photos
we shoot photos and video at events for the gallery and social media. if you're in a shot and want it taken down, message us and we'll remove it — no drama.
07 — changes
weather, permits and venues are real life — times and locations can change. we announce changes in the WhatsApp group and by email to everyone signed up.
